Meet Our Founder
Alessandra began her journey in Italy, launching her premium jewellery and accessories brand while still studying. Over seven years, she scaled Kito – Handmade in Italy – to 68 points of sale, a dedicated workshop and a boutique offering made to measure handbags and hand crafted jewellery.
After six years of growth, she sought to expand internationally and moved to London while continuing to operate the brand in Italy. This chapter gave Kito broader visibility: her jewellery quickly found its way into international catwalks, editorials and collaborations with established designers, giving her brand unexpected global momentum. When a major department store approached her for international expansion, Alessandra recognised a crucial truth: visibility and demand were not enough without the operational infrastructure required for scale.
That realisation shifted her trajectory: determined to understand how to structure and scale a business, she pivoted into contemporary fashion with the intention of learning from established houses, and along the way, she fell in love with the industry itself.
She went on to join some of the sector’s most iconic department stores, including Liberty and Harvey Nichols, and later the luxury powerhouses Louis Vuitton, Harrods, Coach, Valentino and Versace, gaining hands on experience from the shop floor to corporate environments and boardrooms.
These years sharpened her expertise in operational clarity, strategic execution and leadership performance. Yet what truly sets her apart is her ability to read the room as intuitively as she reads numbers, blending structure, consistency, behavioural intelligence and confidence to elevate both performance and culture.
Today, through LussoSphere, Alessandra brings a rare combination of shop floor insight, executive leadership experience, and a strong emotional intelligence lens to support brands, founders and executives.
